Yerba Mate!  Mate cosido is a very popular tea in Argentina.  Traditionally, mate is brewed as a free-standing leaf tea inside a small hollowed-out and cured calabaza, or gourd.  Manufacturers or artists often decorate the calabaza with pewter bands.
